Our goal is to deliver your order within 48 hours.

When placing an order via our webshop, you can easily create an account by entering your email address and a password.

Within your account, under the "Address" section, you have the option to edit and save your address.

You will receive an email from us with a track-and-trace link, with which you can easily track the progress of your order.

Certainly, all prices stated include VAT.

A standard shipping rate of €6.49 with PostNL applies to all orders. For orders from €50 this is reduced to €4.95 with PostNL. Alternatively, you can choose to ship with DPD for just €4.95, with the option to collect the package at a DPD point, if that is more convenient for you.

Returns and refunds

Here are some frequently asked questions about returns and refunds.

You have the option to return your order within 14 working days after receiving the product. Upon receipt of the returned products, we will check the items thoroughly.

We only accept unopened and undamaged items. If the products are received in any other condition, we reserve the right not to process the return. We aim to issue a refund within 48 hours of receiving and processing your return.

Please note: the costs for return shipping are at your own expense.

If you have indicated via the PostNL app or the PostNL website that the package can be delivered to a predetermined location, it is important to know that both CandyRoyal and PostNL are not responsible for any loss, damage or theft of the package after being left unattended at the chosen location. We strongly recommend that you have your package delivered to your home or pick it up at one of the many available PostNL parcel points to avoid risks.
